1. (Menorrhagia) Heavy Menstrual Bleeding:
(Menorrhagia) Heavy Menstrual Bleeding may be a sign of hormonal imbalance and may indicate failure of ovulation. In a normal cycle, when the egg is released from the ovaries, progesterone, which is the female hormone most responsible for keeping periods regular, is produced. Failure to ovulate means failure to get pregnant. It also leads to insufficient production of progesterone, which causes heavy menstrual bleeding.
2. Irregular Bleeding:
Stress can lead to minor changes in your menstrual cycle, but irregularities that are not traceable or fairly accountable are a serious sign of worry. Irregular periods also indicate that you are not ovulating, indicating that you cannot get pregnant.
3. Missed Periods:
No period is definitely a red signal and you must immediately visit a gynaecologist.
4. Very Painful Periods:
While a certain degree of pain and spasms are routine, pain that is unbearable, and which may lead to vomiting, abnormal vaginal bleeding, pain during intercourse, and any blood discharge in your urine or bowels, should be immediately brought to your doctors notice.

3. Poorly Functioning Fallopian Tubes:
This may vary from mild adhesion to complete blockage of Fallopian tubes and is one of the major causes of infertility. It happens due to:

5. Previous Surgeries:
Any surgery that involved the female reproductive organs may affect the tubal passage
6. Congenital Defects:
